I am a little over a month into the process and I am excited to say that I am seeing results!!!! I lost 60lbs over 3 years. If anyone has experienced significant weight loss you will know that all the weight training and cardio in the world can only go so far to help with stubborn fat and sagging skin. I met Dawn and we worked out a plan with fat cavitation and skin tightening to get me closer to my goals. My abdomen is my nemesis but I am really, truly starting to see changes!
